To Adam 

Adam, our ancient ancestor was given 

6 laws by G-d

1. Believe in G-d and do not worship; an idol.

2. Honor G-d and do not blaspheme His Name.

3. Do not commit murder or injury.

4. Do not commit adultery, incest, or the other forbidden relations. Respect the Family.

5. Act Honestly, and do not steal.

6. Do not eat meat removed from a living animal. (Do not be cruel to animals) *[Given after the flood]

7. Establish righteous Laws and Courts of justice.

To Noah

After the flood. Noah, who survived the great flood, was given a 7th law. Permission to eat meat. They were not to be

cruel or mean to animals, and if they did eat one, they were to be a s humane as possible, with no suffering and no life left within it.

All People are descended from Adam, and then later, from Noah. So, We're Noahide, and if we live by these 7 Noahide Laws, we are considered Righteous Gentiles and have a Portion in the World to Come. (Future Era)
